Fee schedule
Our fees are shown including VAT at 20%. They are only payable once the transaction is actually completed, in accordance with the Hoguet Act.

Sales
Fees paid by the buyer, calculated on the sale price excluding fees. The band is determined by the price excluding fees and the rate applies to the whole price.

Example: for a property offered at €1,450,000 excluding fees, fees of 5% incl. VAT amount to €72,500, giving a price of €1,522,500 including fees.

Fees paid by the owner, calculated on rents collected.
