Letting by the rules
Furnished holiday lets are regulated in France: declaration to the town hall and registration number, sometimes a change-of-use authorisation, building regulations, tourist tax. Obligations vary with the town and your situation: we check them with you before any letting.

Living outside France? We are your point of contact on site: regular visits to the property, handling the unexpected, conversations in your language.
